Meet our Instructors!
Aisling is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor as well as a 200-Hour RYT certified, Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor. Aisling has graduated with her bachelor’s in Exercise Science and is currently instructing high-intensity interval training workshops. She is inspired by health and fitness and loves to be active and in nature. Camping, hiking, rock-climbing, paddle-boarding, and of course yoga, are just a few of her favorites. She is enthusiastic about fitness and its benefits to provide balance and stability in life. She offers her expertise to bring relaxation, strength, confidence, and rejuvenation to each student, with every class!
